It all began when Noelia—from Argentina—longed for the comforting taste of her childhood alfajores de maicena: those delicate, melt-in-your-mouth corn-flour cookies filled with rich dulce de leche. That homesickness inspired both Noelia and Hector to create something special together. In their Texas kitchen, they rolled up their sleeves, blended Argentinian tradition with the bold flavors they love here, and perfected recipes that honor Noelia’s roots while reflecting Hector’s Mexican heritage and hospitality expertise.
Today, as a proud family-owned business established in 2015, Noelia and Hector craft every dessert from scratch using only the finest, real ingredients—no shortcuts, no compromises. From their signature alfajores (now hailed as some of the best in Texas) to tres leches cakes, flan, churro cheesecakes, key lime pies, and so much more, each bite carries the love and dedication they pour in side by side.
Hector brings years of restaurant experience as a manager at a top local Mexican spot, giving them deep insight into what restaurants and customers truly want. Together, Noelia and Hector create desserts that bridge cultures, spark joy, and build lasting memories. They already supply their fresh creations to several restaurants across the area—and they’re excited to expand that reach to more partners, events, and homes.
